1. What is the new Rewards Program called?
The new program is called 'Z Card'.

2. When does the new Z Card program start?
The Z Card program will start on the 1st January, 2009.

3. What changes do I need to be aware of?

At midnight on the 31st December 2008 all Rewards Program Members will stop earning points (that are currently redeemable for merchandise), and starting earning Z$, which will accrue on menu purchases and redeemable on the same.

4. What will happen to my existing points?
All existing points will be redeemable for merchandise, free drinks and events, via www.zarraffas.com
Access will be available from the 1st January - 30th June 2009.

5. Will I get a new card with the new Z Card program?
No, your existing card will transfer over to the new program at midnight on the 31st December 2008.

6. Will I still get my free birthday drink each year?
Yes, we love having you as a customer and will definitely still be giving each and every Z Card Member a FREE drink on their birthday, every year!

7. Why is the program changing?
At Zarraffa's Coffee we also want to ensure our customers are being looked after and we know that each and every one of you wants more coffee! The changes to the program ensure more value for money and a new way to start earning free drinks.

8. How do I find out about the changes?
All Rewards Members will receive monthly communication on the changes to the existing program and updates on the new Z Card program. This will be via email, so please ensure we have your correct details on file, by logging on with your email address and rewards card number, on the left, where you see 'Zarraffa's Rewards Members Login'.

10. How much does membership to the Z Card Program cost?

Z Card membership is $7.50 inclusive of GST.

11. How do I earn Z$?
Z$ accrue on drink purchases from the 'Hot As' and 'Cool Favourites' menus. To earn a standard tall cappunccino (in Z$ value) you will need to spend $41.25 AUD. That's your 12th drink free!

Z$ are not accrued on bottled drink or food purchases.
