Unfortunately you will have to purchase a new Zarraffas Z Card® from one of our stores. If you would like to have your details and accrued $Z transferred to your new Zarraffas Z Card® please follow the instructions below;

1. Simply pay the $7.50 admin fee to receive your new Zarraffas Z Card® and receipt

2. Complete an issue form application flyer (ask a staff member for one) making sure you tick the box ‘Lost/Stolen’

3. Give this form back to the store with your receipt, or mail them both to our PO Box

4. Please allow 30 days, from the time Head Office receive your form, for your details to be transferred

Your PIN number is located on the back of your Zarraffa’s Z Card® as well as on your receipt when you purchased your card. If you are unsure, you can head to  www.zarraffas.com/contact-us and fill out the contact form for assistance.
