1. How do I become a Zarraffa's Z Card™ member?

That's easy! Simply complete an application form at any Zarraffa's Coffee store and either pay your membership fee of $7.50 and submit in store or post to: Zarraffa's Z Card™ Applications, PO Box 1600 Oxenford QLD 4210.
From there we'll do the rest, by mailing you your membership card so you can start earning Zarraffa's Z$ straight away.


2. What does a Zarraffa's Z Card™ membership entitle me too?

As a Zarraffa's Z Card™ member you'll earn 1 Zarraffa's Z$® for every $11 spent in store on menu beverage purchases. You'll be able to redeem Zarraffa's Z$® in store as soon as you have enough to purchase your favourite drink.
As a Zarraffa's Z Card™ member you will also receive exclusive event invitations, go into the draw to win monthly prizes, receive Z News each month and a receive a free drink* each year on your birthday!


3. I've lost my card. How do I get a new one?

Easy! Simply visit your nearest store, complete a new application form (marked 'Replacement Card'), pay your administration fee of $7.50 and we'll arrange for a new Zarraffa's Z Card™ to be mailed to you.


4. I've moved. How do I update my details?

Simply login to the Zarraffa's Z Card™ member section of www.zarraffas.com using your email address and Zarraffa's Z Card™ number and click 'Update my details'.
