ZARRAFFA'S COFFEE REWARDS

Something became very apparent early on in Zarraffa's existence....our best customers were characterised by their fierce loyalty. This loyalty was strengthened (and not weakened as thought) by the emergence of massive international competition in the specialty coffee market.

What makes our Rewards Member Program different from any other loyalty program is that we reward members with every purchase. Every purchase and swipe of your member card earns reward points to purchase merchandise in any store.

Every swipe also increases your chances of winning our one-off or regular prizes. Furthermore, we are constantly revising the program and improving it to ensure our members are satisfied.
