My Zarraffas Z Card® is lost/stolen. How do I get a new one?

Unfortunately you will have to purchase a new Zarraffas Z Card® at one of our stores. If you would like to have your details transfered to the new Zarraffas Z Card® please follow the instructions below;

  1. Simply pay the $7.50 admin fee to receive your new Zarraffas Z Card® and receipt
  2. Complete an issue form application flyer (ask a staff member for one) making sure you tick the box ‘Lost/Stolen’
  3. Give this form back to the store with your receipt, or mail them both to Head Office
  4. Please allow 21 days, from the time Head Office receive your form, for your details to be trasnferred
