The Marine Village Sanctuary Cove Village Theatre will host the final of the Zarraffa’s Coffee Barista Competition which is open to the public, on Sunday 11 September from 12.00pm – 3.00pm.

Congratulations to Kate White and Mish Svoboda from Zarraffa’s Coffee Upper Coomera, Justin Fu and Chris Inch from Zarraffa’s Coffee Toowong, Andrea Cochrane from Zarraffa’s Coffee Helensvale and Mitchell Flori from Zarraffa’s Coffee Ferry Road, who have made it through to the final round!

The annual Zarraffa’s Coffee Barista Competition is the ultimate Barista competition, testing every element.

From techniques, coffee knowledge and personal presentation to beverage quality and taste. 

Each contestant is required to present one shot of espresso, cappuccino and one signature drink, they are then judged based on World Barista Competition standards with the winner qualifying for the QLD State Barista Championships!

The competition looks set to be a great event so come and support our Baristas, the event is free entry to the public and we encourage all coffee and competition lovers to come and witness our skilled professionals in action at this year’s event!
