Not just anyone can be an ‘Advanced Barista’. Zarraffa’s Coffee prides itself on serving an individually perfect cup of coffee – every time. One of the secrets to Zarraffa’s Coffee’s great tasting coffee is the Baristas and the intensive training courses each and every one of them must go through in order to move through the ranks at any of the Zarraffa’s Coffee stores.
The Be a Master (BAM) process has been devised for the Zarraffa’s Coffee Baristas as a means of improving and developing their skills and in turn being rewarded and recognised for those skills and abilities.
